We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of restaurants across the South West. If you come from a busy branded background or a thriving independent group and have a proven track record of developing General Managers, driving commercial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, this could be the role for you.

Your role as Area Manager:
- Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of General Managers across the South West
- Take ownership of regional sales, profitability and operational performance
- Drive consistent standards across food, service, people and cleanliness
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales and improve commercial performance
- Develop high-performing teams and build a strong internal talent pipeline
- Coach GMs to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive repeat business
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning across the region
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver company strategy and new initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence while maintaining the fun, energetic culture of the brand
- Support new site openings and future growth across the South West
What we’re looking for:
- A proven Area Manager, Regional Manager or multi-site operator within hospitality
- Strong experience managing multiple high-volume restaurants or casual dining sites
- A track record of developing and retaining General Managers
- Strong commercial understanding with experience driving sales and profitability
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people-development skills
- A hands-on operator who understands the realities of a busy service
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South West
